Roles and Responsibilities
- Management provides the resources, training, and support needed to ensure a safe work environment.
- Employees must follow safety instructions, use CE labelled equipment correctly, and report hazards or incidents immediately.
- Supervisors ensure that work is performed safely and according to legal and internal requirements.
Risk Management
We identify, assess, and manage risks in our operations. Preventive measures are taken to eliminate or reduce hazards before work begins. Continuously working to prevent fire.
Training and Awareness
All employees receive appropriate health and safety training, including emergency procedures and safe use of tools and equipment.
Handling of Chemical and/or Biological Substances
We ensure safe storage, use, and disposal of chemical and/or biological substances. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available and updated, employees receive required training, and exposure risks are assessed and minimized. Only approved substances may be used, and all handling follows legal and customer-specific requirements.
Incident Reporting & Improvement
We encourage early reporting of incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions. All reports are investigated, and actions are taken to prevent recurrence. We review our performance regularly to drive continuous improvement.
Worker Participation
Employees are encouraged to take part in safety discussions and improvements. No one will face retaliation for raising safety concerns.
Emergency Preparedness
We maintain clear emergency procedures and provide necessary first-aid equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).
This policy is reviewed regularly to ensure its continued suitability and effectiveness.
