ProTech, Professional Technologies Sweden AB (the Company), is a long-term business committed to responsibility and contributing to sustainable development. Although we are a very small business unit it is self-evident for us to create long-term value—for ourselves, our customers, and society—focusing on both people and the environment for a sustainably profitable operation today and in the future. Even a small step in the right direction counts.

This sustainability policy is based on the Company’s core values and outlines its overarching ambitions regarding environmental and social responsibility. The sustainability policy will be integrated into all aspects of our operations, contributing to long-term profitability, strengthening our brand, and supporting our overall vision.

Sustainability Work

The Company’s operations will be conducted with minimal negative impact on people and the environment, ensuring our responsibility for sustainable development and adding value to our business. It is given for us to comply with relevant laws, regulations, and other applicable requirements.

To ensure sustainable business practices, significant aspects are defined. By addressing these areas, the Company aims to minimize its negative climate impact, enhance sustainability efforts, and ensure the motivation and engagement of its employees.

Quality Work

Quality permeates our daily operations, and it is a given for all employees to deliver high quality. The Company works in accordance with the sustainability policy and our overarching quality goals.

Our management system helps us work systematically and proactively to ensure that customers receive the requested service on time, at the right cost, and correctly from the start. Central to our quality work are routines for KMA (quality, environment, and work environment) plans, control plans, knowledge-sharing, internal audits, and handling deviations.

Business Ethics

The Company strives to maintain an open corporate culture, high business ethics, and a readiness to embrace opportunities for improvement. Our operations will adhere to good business practices, promote fair competition, and uphold high ethical standards.

No form of corruption, abuse of power, bribery, or money laundering is permitted. Representation and the giving and receiving of gifts must reflect openness, moderation, and a natural connection to the business relationship. Confidential information regarding the Company or our customers’ operations must only be used for its intended purpose.

Our employees, customers, and suppliers are our most important sources of insight into potential deficiencies that need to be addressed. Anyone suspecting misconduct that violates the Company’s values, business ethics, or legislation should feel able to speak out without fear of reprisal.

Responsibility and Governance

The Company’s management drafts the policy, which is approved by the board and CEO.
The CEO holds ultimate responsibility for ensuring compliance with the sustainability policy.
Sustainability and quality work must be a natural and integrated part of all activities within the Company.

The policy is updated annually or as needed and is approved by the board and CEO.
